I started Sellgenix after spending over a decade in the insurance industry — half of it as a producer in the trenches, and the other half leading elite, high-performing teams at both State Farm and Allstate. I saw firsthand what holds agencies back: it’s not a lack of strategy — it’s a lack of execution. Too many consultants drop off a playbook and disappear. Too many producers get trained but never truly coached. I built Sellgenix to change that. We’re not here to give advice and walk away. We stay, drive the process, and make sure it works — with structure, accountability, and relentless follow-through.
