Chase Newcomb- Founder/Chief Executive Officer

I started as an LSP, where I hit the same wall most producers do — stuck at 15 to 20 items a month and wondering why I couldn’t break through. It wasn’t until I stopped relying on hype and started focusing on skill, structure, and accountability that I figured it out. Once I did, I scaled to writing 80 to 120 items a month consistently — and everything changed.

That growth led me to State Farm, where I became the sales and operations manager for one of the top-performing agencies in Oklahoma. From there, I made the jump to the corporate side with Allstate, where I had the privilege of leading one of the top 3 sales teams in the country out of 50+ teams nationwide. I was later promoted to Sales Market Leader, overseeing a market of 50+ agencies across Arkansas and Northern Louisiana.


Michelle McDonald- Chief Operating Officer

What started as just a job back in 2011 quickly turned into a passion. Over the past 14 years, I’ve built a career centered on sales performance, team development, and operational excellence. I’ve had the privilege of working hands-on with agencies of all sizes — helping them streamline their sales processes, develop people-first leadership, and create cultures that drive sustainable growth.

I’ve never been one to chase fluff or theory. I believe in rolling up my sleeves, digging into the work, and delivering real results that actually move the needle.

For over a decade, I’ve built my career in operations and administration, with most of my experience coming from the childcare industry. I’ve led teams, overseen day-to-day operations, and helped scale programs by focusing on the details that matter most: people, processes, and performance.

In every role I’ve had, my passion has always been the same — creating systems that support growth and building environments where people can thrive.
